Purchase of this course enrolls you in the Communication for Education Online Training Program. Refund requests will be considered until two weeks prior to program start date. Refund requests made less than two weeks prior to start date may not be honored. In the event of a sale, price adjustments may be requested in writing for those who had purchased within the past 7 days. No requests will be honored after the class's start date. Registration is for the named participant only. Course access may not be shared among multiple individuals / schools / households. Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the training program without refund. Participants removed from the program will not be eligible for CEUs.

Please note that you will automatically be issued a certificate of completion once all steps have been completed in both live and self-paced courses. All participants are responsible for printing or saving their Certificate of Completion before the last day of access to the course. Certificates are available within the course platform after all modules have been completed. Requests for replacement copies of completion certificates will only be honored if the participant can submit proof of completion and will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
